TITLES – BLACK BEAR PRODUCTIONS AND LOGO.

FADE IN:

INT. DARK, DINGY ROOM IN AN UNKNOWN LOCATION. NIGHT.

LIGHTBULB SWINGS FROM SIDE TO SIDE, HUMMING GENTLY, WHILST TITLES FADE IN AND OUT.

HARD CUTS TO LEIGHTON, WHO IS UNCONSCIOUS AND BOUND TO A CHAIR BY DUCT TAPE. HIS TITLES APPEAR AS HE IS ON THE SCREEN.THE CAMERA SLOWLY ZOOMS IN ON HIM.

EXT. EMPTY ROAD. DAY.

FLASHBACK TO TWO FRIENDS, LEIGHTON AND JACK, WALKING DOWN THE STREET, HAVING CASUAL CONVERSATION.

JACK

Did you see what Connor posted on Facebook?

Jump cuts into shot of shady figure (Connor) watching Jack and Leighton from a distance. You cannot see his face as he is facing the other direction with a hoodie on.

LEIGHTON

No?

(Leighton looks at Jack with a confused face.)

Jump cuts to the two of them walking side by side from the front. Shady figure can be seen stalking them from behind.

JACK

I’ll show it to you in a second, just let me go grab my phone.

Jack then goes off screen to go grab his phone, leaving Leighton alone in the street.

Leighton is looking off screen whilst a shady figure can be seen in the distance slowly getting closer to him. Eyeline match to what Leighton is looking at appears, a hand then briefly appears, reaching for a weapon then it goes back to what Leighton is looking at. After couple seconds the camera goes back to Leightons but this time the shady person is right behind him swinging his weapon towards him.

EXT. DARK ROOM. NIGHT.

FLASHBACK TO DARK ROOM IN AN UNKNOWN LOCATION, JUST AS THE WEAPON MAKES CONTACT.

Jump cuts to Leighton’s face gasping covered in sweat. Mysterious figure is now wearing a mask sat on a chair on the other side of the room facing Leighton.

LEIGHTON

Who are you? What do you want?

EXT. EMPTY ROAD. DAY.

Jack returns to find Leighton missing, he notices his glasses have been dropped on the floor, causing him to investigate. The camera pans to keep him centred.

INT. UNKNOWN LOCATION. NIGHT.

MYSTERIOUS FIGURE (THROUGH VOICE CHANGER)

I know you… and you know me.

Don’t think you’re going to leave here alive…

JACK IS SHOWN ASKING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT LEIGHTON’S WHEREABOUTS, WHILE THE VOICEOVER CONTINUES.

MYSTERIOUS FIGURE (THROUGH VOICE CHANGER)

I’ve been waiting for today for a very long time…

EXT. ROADSIDE. DAY.

Jack shows members of the public a picture of Leighton on his 

phone.

JACK

Have you seen him?

INT. DARK ROOM. NIGHT.

MYSTERIOUS MAN cracks his knuckles, then approaches LEIGHTON, who is still bound in the chair.

Jump cuts to titles “SHUNNED”.
